You can see that I haven't used it because Ive not even logged onto the Microsoft gamepass thing in over a year so not giving me a refund for something I couldn't cancel is ridiculous

@MicrosoftHelps I was just attempting to get a refund for gamepass a service I had no idea I was subscribed to for a year and one I've never used and was told I can only get a refund for the past month, I've been trying to get back into my account and couldn't cancel

I don't see how it's fair that I pay for a year of a subscription that I never once used and couldn't cancel because I was locked out of my account
