@UberUKI_Support I would like to know why multiple items kissing on an order from @McDonaldsUK doesn’t constitute a refund on those items please? They are at fault and all you keep saying is this issue has been resolved. It hasn’t been!

@greateranglia What’s going on at Wickford please. All been kicked off the 06:46 to London but not been given any information and the train is still sat blocking the line

@greateranglia It’s now saying the 11:22 has been and gone. Nothing towards Southend in all this time either. The drivers do know Wickford exists don’t they? And that the high street closure doesn’t affect the station access?

@greateranglia any info on the replacement busses from Wickford. Your app is saying it left on time at 10:52 and I’ve been sat here the whole time and can confirm it hasn’t even arrived yet!

@greateranglia Doesn’t explain the lack of anyone here advising or why the app is giving the wrong information action though. Also how does delay repay work against rails replacement delays?

@greateranglia Yes. Been here for half an hour now. There’s a southminster bus sat there, but no other busses have been. Also nobody here marshalling like there normally is

@greateranglia Yes. So normally it’s a super off peak ticket for the weekends, but when there’s no trains running the price has jumped!
