Hey @etihad, I have requested for refund as all my flight timings were changed which I can't take. i haven't received any confirmation about Refund Issue from you or my Agent

I was scheduled to fly on 15 March from Manchester.

@etihad I have tried many times to get refund for my flights after the war started- All airlines are providing refunds and helping passengers- @etihad also posting. But my agent says my refund is denied .and forcing me to stay with flights and get layover in city under attacks.
