@ExpectedBham Would be a real upgrade for us. Preston trying to split the cost over ~3 years, you’d think if we offered that upfront it’d be a much more desirable deal for Spurs.
@alexedicken@BCFC_News Big shame as I could’ve been a useful option next season. Don’t think he’ll ever be the same player now after that kind of injury
@The_Forty_Four Even if that turns out to be the case, so what? Not one Blues fan is going to turn their nose up getting to go to one of the best stadiums in the country every week.
@ExpectedBham Could see it happening. Can’t of been happy this season being dropped multiple times having not done anything massively wrong. Be pure profit on the books for us too.
We can confirm that Will Lankshear has returned to his parent club, Tottenham Hotspur.
Will made 46 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring 12 goals and earning our 2025/26 Golden Boot.
A fantastic addition to the squad from the moment he arrived, Will embraced everything it means to represent Oxford United.
Wishing you all the very best for the future, Will! You’ll always be a Yellow. 💛
@Paulwhite19801 Tbh as a 6, their main requirement is to break up the play and distribute it to the more creative players (Paik most the time). It’s not his role to progress us up the pitch and spray balls all over.
Can definitely do a job for Blues in that 6 position, rotated with Solis…not sure what Davies doesn’t like about him. Statistically a top DM. Why go spend big on another raw, overseas player when we someone on the books already? #BCFC
Sheffield United boss Chris Wilder cast an eye over Hearts loanee Marc Leonard in Monday’s clash between Hearts and Rangers. Scotland boss Steve Clarke was also checking on the Birmingham midfielder ahead of a potential call-up ahead of the World Cup. #sufc#twitterblades#bcfc
@Gary06634239 Not sure he ever put a foot wrong when called upon really. Davies stuck with his favourites so has never had an extended run in the side.
