It's the 2008 Tesla Roadster that launched back in February 2018, so it's been in space for over eight years. That car has no cameras and no communication equipment. And after more than eight years of extreme temperature swings and solar radiation, the batteries are completely dead. So even if we could recover it, it wouldn't have any charge or working systems.
