@TomChacko15 Hi Tom, we'll be unable to comment on this at the moment. Please note that VFS Global Visa Application Centres can open only when the concerned client government provides approval and directs it to do so. VFS Global does not decide on re-opening of any Centre on its own.

Time spent studying online outside Canada now counts towards the length of a post-graduation work permit starting from when you apply for a study permit. Before, only time spent studying online after being approved for a study permit counted.
