@Paymentsense what’s the no. for customer service please? I tried calling 2 differnt numbers but both go to tech support who were less than helpful,had me on the phone for 10 mins just to hang up.I’ve been paying for the monthly PCI management service but currently not compliant

@O2 That I will not be able to use any of my services until there is an outcome from the fraud investigation team which could take up to 30 days. I use my phone for business as well as personal so now I’m having to buy a PAYG SIM card even though I’m the victim here.

@O2 Not usually one to rant but never have I dealt with a more incompetent company. Why would you punish a victim of fraud by cutting off their services. Rang to complain, services get reactivated then two days later, my account geta barred again without a date for reactivation.
