Starmer: "The Greens think their leader walks on water. It turns out that he just lives on water and doesn't pay his council tax"

Nigel Farage and Kemi Badenoch wanted to jump into the Iran war with both feet without thinking through the consequences.
For a party that always does what’s right for Britain, vote Labour this Thursday.
'This is all designed to hijack the news agenda.'
James O'Brien is repulsed by the 'collection of dictators and murderers' that have signed up to Trump's Board of Peace.
Social care isn’t just ‘wiping someone’s bum’.
It is a hard, rewarding, skilled professional job.
That’s why we’re delivering the first ever fair pay agreement in social care and building a care profession.
This is immigration as exploitation 👇🏻
Today I received my follow-up cancer scan without being asked to pay a penny.
An NHS free at the point of use - revolutionary in 1948 and essential today.

On Property Pool for a client and have just read 'pay 1 month’s rent in advance' even if on UC or Housing Benefit, is this a policy for all Housing Associations or just Onwards Housing? A lot of ppl cannot afford that @lpoolcouncil@Shelter@chamiltonbbc
The real weakness of the BBC, as exemplified by recent events, is its failure to stand up to ludicrous claims from the right that it is somehow hugely biased to the left. Listening to Telegraph journalists bleat about a biased BBC, or Reform MPs enjoying more platforming than any minority party in history, underlines that. This is the work of right wing journalists and owners working hand in glove with right wing forces inside the BBC to undermine it. The Labour government needs to help the BBC stand up for itself and clear out those forces that want the BBC to fail.
We have people in power making broad claims around certain drugs and autism that have been continuously disproven. The degree to which those comments can undermine public health, do harm to women who are pregnant, create anxiety for parents who do have children who are autistic – is violence against the truth.
My thoughts this evening are with the loved ones of Charlie Kirk.
It is heartbreaking that a young family has been robbed of a father and a husband.
We must all be free to debate openly and freely without fear - there can be no justification for political violence.
Oh do shut up. He is trying to undo some of the enormous damage you did with your dreadful deal and after your and Farage lies got us out in the first place. Sadly it won’t undo it all but at least national interest comes ahead of ambition and charlatanism. As for the Covid inquiry, just consider yourself lucky all your media pals have given up covering it
Three deals within two weeks.
I’ve rolled up my sleeves to deliver for British people, British jobs, and British businesses.
We’re putting money back in your pocket.
Trump ordering the release of government files on JFK, RFK and MLK assassinations is a great thing. I don't know how much of the real evidence is in there, but I'll take it. And I'd like to remind my friends on the left, releasing the files was originally a left-wing position.
I said I would stop fans from being ripped off by ticket touts.
I am.
Today, my government set out plans to cap resale prices and ban ticket hoarding so fans can see the acts they love at a fair price.
I have to admit I underestimated the tribalism on our side. I thought once people realized that I am defending left-wing positions in front of right-wing crowds, they would understand that's not selling out, that's the opposite.
But no, most seem to think just the mere act of talking to the other side is an unbearable heresy. We should never talk, because that's appeasement, etc. Winning the popular vote doesn't give them legitimacy, but one left-winger talking to them does. The fact that people can't see how crazy that sounds shows you how thick the bubbles are.
I'm good with it. I'm always going to choose the most rational way to get to the policies we want, whether people get furious about it or not. No, I don't think the right-wing is going to magically give us everything we want. I also don't think yelling at them at the top of our lungs is going to accomplish that either. I know, because I've tried that, too.
I'm positive we can't get money out of politics unless both sides agree to work together. I'm positive that's the only way to get back our democracy. And I'm positive that unifying on things we agree on is the most rational strategy.
So, I'm good with the attacks and the accusations, because that's the only way out of this endless civil war. The only way to get to a better solution is by going through this minefield first, because we have to somehow start the conversation - and that alone triggers people to no end.
At some point, we have to dare to venture out of our own bubbles and see if we've been tricked into fighting each other instead of the people in power.
