@chilternrailway hi yes it was the chiltern one by the car park- i wish you had one in the tfl ticket hall! Would save the sweat of running down to the machine on the upline platform, back up the stairs over the bridge and back down again to the downline platform- not so accessible…

@chilternrailway hi - bought a ticket on trainline app- was unable to collect at west ruislip station - machine reading card error (apple pay version of card used on your app) had to board train otherwise would have missed it. please can you sort this- it’s not the first time
