The Rape Gang Inquiry report will be released in early June.

For some of our participants, this is the first time they have ever been given a platform or had their horrific experiences acknowledged publicly. This is not just about acknowledging the rapes, torture and trafficking they suffered — it is about acknowledging that they were failed by the state.

They want those in positions of authority who ignored, enabled or covered up these crimes to be named and held to account.

This report is not the end. We will continue exposing the truth and fighting for justice.

It has been a very difficult and challenging year, but I want to thank MP Rupert Lowe for giving me the opportunity to lead on this work. Islamic rape gangs, like the one charged in Norwich today, are not an isolated phenomenon. We are not dealing with multiple groups of disgusting foreign pedophiles operating independently.

It is a business - part of a nationwide criminal network that deals in drugs, arms, and God only knows what else. Money changes hands for access to trafficked children.

They use thinly-veiled "legitimate" fronts - the Turkish barbers and gaudy vape shops that now line the high streets of every town and city in this country - to launder the money they make.

So every time you patronise one of those businesses, know that you may be funding the industrialised grooming, trafficking, abuse, rape, torture, and murder of vulnerable English girls.
