$SDRC Underground Update | Walkthrough at Lucky Ben – Approximately 50 Fe... https://t.co/kMMVLo1RJD via @YouTube
In this underground update, $SDRC Chief Operating Officer @HallySDRC provides investors with a firsthand walkthrough of the Company's Lucky Ben Mine, part of SDRC's approximately 12,000-acre land position across the historic Warren District Project in Idaho.
The video showcases ongoing underground development, discusses current progress, and provides additional context surrounding the Company's objective of advancing toward the interpreted target gold vein. Management indicates the current working face is approximately 50 feet from the target, though underground mining conditions can change as development continues.

@Ragusa_Minerals Chair, Jerko Zuvela said “The Company is excited with the high-grade rock sample assay results, and looks forward to continuing exploration works at our Purple Pansy Manganese & Gold Project.
Confirming the exposed massive manganese oxide mineralisation at the historic Black Rock Mine site is high grade is extremely encouraging and is a major opportunity for the Company to establish a project with scale and development potential to create long term value for our shareholders.”
$PTEL One of my favorites for 2026.

Minings next major M&A Transaction???
After several weeks of topping @mining stock leaderboards, being featured in industry publications, and hosting mine tours and onsite visits from interested third parties, it now appears $SDRC may be moving into focus for a potential strategic transaction within the sector.
With a mill on site and advancing toward gold production, combined with over 11,000 acres—previously fragmented across multiple operators—now consolidated under one company, $SDRC represents a rare opportunity for a larger player to secure district-scale control and accelerate a path toward active gold production.
@TheMikeBagley@SiriusXMNASCAR why can't we rotate the 4th race in the Nascar "grand slam". Golf does it. US Open isn't at same course every year. Some years Brickyard, Bristol night race, Martinsville, etc. It might entice fans to go to a grand slam race & some might go to diff tracks

$SDRC News Analysis : #RareEarths
No, this isn’t a pivot, fluff, or chasing whatever happens to be trending.
I understand why some investors might have been disappointed — the market was clearly expecting Revenue, Off-Take, or both, which have been discussed heavily by management. But this release actually outlines the fastest route to get there. The challenge was communication — the data was strong, but the clarity fell short.
1️⃣ Keep it to the data — which was excellent.
Concentrate grades confirmed real recovery of rare earth elements, validating process capability beyond gold recovery.
2️⃣ What this means for Off-Take and Revenue timelines.
To me (maybe I'm wrong) It’s evident SDRC hasn’t yet reached full-scale throughput on the gold circuit to meet commercial sales or minimum offtake thresholds. However, during this process they’ve identified significant scale and recovery potential on the rare-earth side — the very metals currently in high strategic demand. That’s a big deal. It means the scale and economics needed for offtake may now come from the REE circuit, not just gold.
I understand what SDRC was aiming to communicate — and it’s actually very positive, highlighting a fast-developing stream of potential revenue while the #gold side gets nailed down. They just missed the mark slightly on clarity in how it was presented.
3️⃣ A Direct Path Toward Self-Sustainment.
Just as $XTPT did with their bulk samples from stockpiles, $SDRC has now sent their REE concentrates to larger global players for testing. That’s a precursor to offtake agreements and potential joint processing ventures. The PR actually states this — though it got lost in the messiness:
Next Steps
- Ongoing Due Diligence: Actively engaging REE industry leaders to maximize asset yield, aligning with the Critical Minerals Security Act to build a sustainable U.S. supply chain. Upon successful testing by off-take partners, third-party verification, and scaling, Sidney will transition from exploration to a catalyst for domestic REE security, targeting full production.
It means they are in the stage of proving and validating product quality for buyers.
If all goes as expected (and it sounds well underway), the next update could very well involve an offtake partner announcement or a major verification milestone.
Mining never moves in straight lines, it takes patience. Hope this helps everyone! ❤️☀️
