Peoples plan can not change after buying.

An utter shambles, how tickets can be sold and then so tickets go on resale sites minutes after the general sale, just people wanting to make a quick profit and genuine fans who are in the queue on @Ticketmaster. @lisanandy the @DCMS needs to investigate this practice. @coldplay

@FlyingBrussels my luggage has been lost and has gone through the second tracing which was deemed unsuccessful and the case has been passed to customer relations. I completed a form online nearly a week ago but not had a response.

First time flying @FlyingBrussels and luggage missed a flight, no communication. Been sat waiting for over 3 hours until the next flight arrives at @AeroportidiRoma and aircraft that has my lost luggage has arrived but now no luggage is coming off the carrousels. Shocking!
