Personal account for broadcaster and writer Tom Ingall. Transport, YouTube films plus miscellaneous bits and bobs I’m involved in. Opinions not connected to BBC
I had to leave the RTS Awards just as @TomIngall won his Outstanding Acheivemnt Award which means that I didn't get to tell him how much I think he deserves it. A brilliant storyteller, one of the very best.
Opening night is here. Last night's dress rehearsal had the added fun of a fire alarm, possibly because the Ugly Sisters are so hot.
Lock up your single men. Tickets at https://t.co/Y2v7yCpRJE
The Prince is holding a massive ball and you’re invited. Opening night is just two weeks away for Wales Community Theatre Players production of Cinderella. This year, I’ll be the ugliest of Ugly Sisters so come boo, hiss and throw things. (Money preferably).
@LisaFox202 Thanks for coming along to support us. I can’t speak for anyone else, but I have managed to clone myself, so every time one is exhausted, another one takes over. I’ve got through 12 so far.
The brilliant bunch of talented folks at Wales Community Theatre Players (except one hanger on) open “Showstoppers 2024” tonight. Not many tickets left for this feel good barnstorming night. Get yours at https://t.co/uo96Q7SWGW and we’ll see you at the Lyric Theatre in Dinnington
@Tom_Whalley Gorgeous podcast. All the stories were great and the audio landscape was so immersive. We’re happy to devalue Josie’s cassette anytime by signing it. Or improve its value by ripping the tape of the spools.
We have a brand new design for the epic Reunification project.
As we get ready to submit our planning application for the work, find out more about the new railway line - and how you can help us get building sooner.

Happy trainloads making a small bit of railway history today @GcrGreat for the 125th anniversary event. Happening tomorrow too. https://t.co/sK9TAXE1ay
If you’re coming to the @GcrGreat@GCRNottingham combined 125th anniversary this weekend - come and say hello down at the shed. I am lucky to be driving the very first northbound trains from Loughborough (sort of).
@TomIngall thank you for your visit to Mirfield Library - it was good of you to spend time with us and talk with the Chair of the Friends group (from the woman in the stripey top 😊)
