Very proud my band, Ornament, have released our EP today.
It felt like musical 5-a-side: no targets, just doing something you love with friends for the simple joy of it.
Still, we’re still really proud of how the songs turned out - so give it a listen x

Kambwala has a lot of potential and loves United, so this is a shame.
But if he’s only got a year left on his contract and Ten Hag wants 2/3 new centre-backs, selling now with clever buy-back/sell-on clauses makes sense.
Feels like the sort of deal City consistently do well.
BREAKING: United set to sell defender Willy Kambwala
@samuelluckhurst understands #mufc will make a 'hefty' profit from the sale....

There’s bound to be lots of talk in the next few days about England potentially winning their “first Euros”. It’s worth noting the Lionesses have already achieved that feat & we should celebrate having two senior England teams that can make us proud.

I really respected Southgate in a ‘director of football’ capacity for what he’s done with England, but thought his in-game decisions left a lot to be desired.
He made a bold call - the sort of call that can get a coach fired - and it paid off massively tonight. Brave management.
Really interesting premise. If you want to win a knockout tournament, odds are you’re going to have to win a penalty shootout. Most pros by definition have the technique, so if you can find marginal gains in the social and psychological elements, it could make all the difference.
A subtle England penalty shootout innovation (since 2021) is their deliberate, structured & functional use of social psychology.
Here, Saka is picked up by John Stones after his penalty, to swiftly welcome him back in the team.
What did England do and why did they do it?

It’s tempting to tie dates and events to one another, but Murray’s farewell deservedly stands completely apart from anything else in today. A supremely talented person who worked so hard to push himself to the absolute limits - he is an example of what we should all strive to be.
This is a special day. When the country as no as a collective to the savage selfishness, fear and introspectiveness that has dogged the nation for years. Saying yes to change requires courage, and I’m so, so happy people have chosen a new path.
So sad to hear of John Dillon’s passing. He was so funny and warm - a wonderfully knowledgable journalist who always had time for a chat, and he loved what he did with a passion. A true colleague in every sense of the word. He will be dearly missed.
RIP John Dillon. There are far more prestigious people out there than myself who will share anecdotes and credence of John’s ability, but my first proper encounter with him is one that has always stuck with me, and something I’ve recounted a number of times. (1/5)
It feels like Manchester United haven’t so much decided that the grass isn’t always greener as much as the sense that actually, yes, the grass will be greener in a year or so and they’ll have Ashworth to pick exactly the right shade. But hopefully it works out for Ten Hag #mufc
Whatever happens with Ten Hag now, I’m so happy for him today.
You could see his game plan for the final in the Newcastle and Brighton games, and he was brave to stick to it today.
His United side outfought and outthought Pep’s City today, and that’s on him. Brilliant. #mufc
