Senator John N. Kennedy just called out the fact that Maxine Waters is currently in an Alzheimer’s facility in San Recto, California — yet her House votes keep being recorded.

“How is she still voting when she doesn’t remember her own name?” Kennedy asked. “They’re subverting the rule of law to pad the vote.”

Kennedy has already moved to strike every House measure that passed with her vote over the past four months and is demanding those votes be held again once a legitimate replacement is seated.

The same party that lectures America about democracy is literally counting votes from a woman who no longer knows who she is.
