@maxbphotography @FirstEssex Thanks for your input; I don’t have a problem with the coachwork being old, but I do have issues with old-skool engines that repeatedly break down leaving passengers stranded. Also, our particular service is renowned for leaving oil patches all over our brand-new development.
Dear @FirstEssex - when will you be rolling out new buses for Chelmsford’s 51 service that serves the Channels development? Yet again, one of our vital morning services has been cancelled due to a broken down bus, no doubt because your ageing fleet is no longer maintainable.
@FirstEssex Maybe he was, maybe he wasn’t. I’m surprised he didn’t spark up a ciggy whilst he was at it, as is often the excuse on our particular service. Your drivers habitually use our route’s beginning and end for a fag and/or chin wag; it’s infuriating. That’s if they turn up at all...!
Don’t you just love it when the @FirstEssex bus driver’s phone call is more urgent than the timetable to which he’s paid to keep... Come on guys, please start to at least act like you could maybe, possibly, perhaps one day, at a push, give a shit!
