CJEU has issued a ruling in Tom Kabinet's case for second hands ebooks: they've overlooked the fact that we actively enforce one-copy one-user and therewith come to a conclusion that is not in our advantage. It's up to The Hague's court to check the facts now and set it straight
Been waiting a long time for this. Markets have developed a lot since this question first arose but still a highly relevant issue for the digital economy
