@Underdogsbiteup I've found the most frustrating thing about this sort of person is their cryptic gibberish, and when pressed on its meaning, you're told "if you can't figure it out, it's not for you". It's not helpful, but it makes them feel better about their gatekeeping.

@UmbrellaBiomed @LeaMaric They do. I was visiting my wifes family in PNW and they started to cover the table not in cloth, but black plastic. Then they set it with random utensils. Then they poured all the food on it. Then they ate, and looked at me like I was the fool for not.

@SolBrah Yes. Raw potato juice (from ground-up potatoes) was fed to sailors to resolve scurvy, so it can be done, but whether it's a worthwhile idea, even in the farthest reaches of Twitter, is another matter.
