This is very American-sports-pilled. Japanese and DR academies run training regimes that would make an American coach faint with a ton of idiosyncratic drills and tools — and the players they send to MLB immediately dominate. driveline has reshaped MLB hitting development around exactly this kind of variable-implement work; Judge, Turner, half the league trains like this. track, swimming, weightlifting — keeps breaking records due to coaches leaving dogma behind, not because they "train normally."

the article claims the new affordable housing looks better than the funeral home that was there prior. little mentions like this make me distrust their judgement completely. at the very least, the funeral home fit into the neighborhood. if these people get in charge of more housing: worry.
