This dataset contains aggregated, provider-level claims data for a specific billing code over time.

For example, using this dataset, it would have been possible to easily detect the large-scale autism diagnosis fraud seen in Minnesota.

I can confirm public speculation that Ambassador Abukar Dahir Osman, Permanent Representative of Somalia to the UN and President of the Security Council, is in fact associated with Progressive Health Care Services, a home health agency in Cincinnati.

HHS has previously taken action against Progressive in response to a conviction for Medicaid fraud.

What’s coming out of Ohio should scare every taxpayer in this country.

While politicians point fingers at Minnesota, Columbus is quietly becoming the epicenter of a massive taxpayer-funded childcare fraud scandal—ghost children, fake enrollments, millions flowing through allegedly fraudulent daycare operations.

Here’s what no one wants to say out loud: Ohio has the second-largest Somali population in the U.S., and a shocking number of daycare facilities are tied to this fraud pattern.

According to an unsubstantiated report, the US Department of Homeland Security is planning to focus their anti-illegal immigration efforts in Maricopa County, Arizona and turn Phoenix into a "hub of removal."

Good! Since I became Sheriff in 1993, I built Tent City Jail so I always had room to hold inmates, including illegal aliens. As a result of my anti-illegal immigration tactics, for many years Phoenix was nationally-known as a "hub" for the arrest and removal of illegals.

Now, my tactics have been vindicated by all 3 branches of government. I thank President Trump for his vision in appointing 3 new Supreme Court Justices who interpretted the law and ruled in my favor. Also, I thank President Trump for vindicating me when he issued his first pardon to me on my wife's birthday (August 25, 2017) over a bogus misdemeanor contempt of court charge.

Now that I have been fully vindicated, Maricopa County, AZ could use my anti-illegal immigration tactics again!
