@coldxman Congratulations on The End of Race Politics, Coleman. I just finished it and it’s a magnificent book. I’ll read it again and recommend it widely and hope it does its work in the world, which I take to be, guiding us back and forward to our common humanity.
Harry Belafonte showed us all the way to combine the life of an artist with the life of an an ever-evolving, conscionable human being. We will miss him greatly & do all we can to follow his lead. Condolences to his family and work family @Sankofa https://t.co/RXvQUzQmwQ

We had an incredible three nights in Baltimore at the Keystone Korner this past weekend with the George Coleman Quartet. George will be 88 years old next month, and still plays with the agility and mental quickness he’s commanded for over six decades.
