Feb 1, 2026: Man City star Rodri accuses the referee of not being neutral.
"I know we won too much and the people don't want us to win, but the referee has to be neutral. It's not fair because we work so hard. When everything is finished, you are frustrated."
He was fined £80k and FA panel “unanimously” agreed he hadn’t met threshold for a “sporting sanction”
March 20, 2026: Harry Maguire gives away a penalty and is sent off. Later claimed he called officials a “fucking joke” as he went off.
Maguire and United disputed fourth official’s claim. FA sided with officials and hand an extra one-game suspension to #mufc defender
Right…
@R_o_M Even more irritating about this is that shortly afterwards, DCL led with his arm against Casemiro, touched his face, he went down and the ref gave a foul. Much less contact in the middle of the park. Just infuriating. Leeds deserved the win though.

@SamCoatesSky If Burnham stood and won that causes a longer term problem for Starmer. If he stood and lost, that’s a bigger catastrophe. So politically, strangely, it was probably right to block him. But who knows
@KrishnaAnand_@utdreport Manchester is as safe as any big city, brilliantly liveable and the fastest growing city in Europe. Don’t speak about my city when you have probably never even set foot there.
@Footballtweet Walcott must be drunk. This team hasn’t won anything and have scored 19 of their goals from corners ffs. Prime Rooney, CR7, Tevez and co feasts on this team. Edwin has a sleep in United’s goal too.
Ole was relatively successful in the league (for a season) as he had a regular back four, decent counter attacking options and few injuries. Dalot was nowhere near the team. He may have been on loan at AC Milan at the time who ended up getting rid of him too. Not had that since
Forget the managers and tactics for a moment. Dalot epitomises the long running problem. He is consistently poor. Some good players can have a bad game but some players just aren’t good enough and he is one yet he has hundreds of appearances and wears G Neville’s shirt.
Sesko’s just got us back to 2-1. The crowd are raucous. Brighton attack and we turn them over. Counter is on. YOU get the ball in acres of space in the middle, it’s on. You do you and make a complete balls of it. Brighton get it and the momentum of Sesko’s goal is gone. Go away.
Injuries have been a major problem for years. Players seem to be out for an inordinate amount of time with little explanation. Dalot isn’t, so gets game time despite costing us in games over and over. Poor recruitment, poor injury management and poor squad = poor results
