@Patrickwebb Iran is, but not in the way implied by the claim - politically, diplomatically, economically, etc. He’s being eviscerated by asymmetric tactics and can’t figure out why b/c social dominance has always worked for him in the past.
@caringguy1957@RepOgles Using New England states which consistently rank in the top tiers in most quality of life metrics and historically strong traditions of local, participatory political representation (town meetings) to make a poorly structured political argument is failing on multiple levels.
@Savageboston Depth and versatility across the line. AVT has played several OL positions. Ben Brown can spot start at two positions. If Lomu can develop into the swing this year and Crownover develops as well, they have insurance for injuries this year and prospects for the future.
@Blackout20@ezlazar@RealAlexBarth Yes, he fell to them in the 5th. My favorite picks of theirs were Bell, Elarms-Orr, and Kilgore. WR, LB, S. So they eventually addressed needs.
@fringe_canadian@ezlazar@RealAlexBarth They got their WR, LB, and S prospects, so where the board screwed them in RD1 (Mesidor, KCC, Lawrence, Theinemen) they got their depth needs in later rounds. Good for Beane for throwing good darts at those guys. We’ll see if they become dudes.
@tkyles39 I love the depth and versatility of what they’ve done. Crownover might be their swing tackle when Lomu replaces Moses. With Crownover in the dev pipeline, there’s even the possibility where in ‘28, their OL from R to L is Crownover, AVT, Wilson, Campbell, Lomu.
@MarcusBlumberg@Savageboston Hooper is barely 6’4”; Raridon is almost 6’7”, and has the frame to fill out. Hooper had a RAS of 8.13 vs. 9.66 for Raridon which ranks 47 out of 1,356 since 1987 which is 97th percentile. They’re nowhere close to comps.
@TheGregHillShow Premium position, lots of upside talent, swing tackle versatility in Yr 1, and spot starter for either tackle, both of whom have had injuries. Past OL neglect, but now they have the potential to have a very good one for years to come. Lots of options left at Edge, TE, LB, S. DT.
@_footiefetish @CindyCoops@FPWellman Nothing. Right wingers have a different definition of “woke”. Merriam-Webster’s primary definition is “aware of and actively attentive to important societal facts and issues (especially issues of racial and social justice)”. Jesus was all of that and called us to be the same.
@CindyCoops@FPWellman I think you’re pretending not to understand or acknowledge that Jesus stood for social justice, for love and respect for others, and for peace, and that many who are aligned with his teachings are persecuted for wanting the same because of their political beliefs or identity.
@CindyCoops@FPWellman So when Jesus delivered his sermon on the mount, was he not making a valid statement advocating for social justice, fairness, respect for others, and the like?
@CindyCoops@FPWellman Maybe someone else said blessed are the meek, those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, the merciful, the
pure in heart, the peacemakers, etc.
