@DannySi32227226@afneil Jeez Danny - if you think that was an “attack” you must be pretty thin-skinned. Andrew Neil is deliberately poking the bear - this issue is much more nuanced - but he wouldn’t make money by setting out the opportunities and the risks.
@DannySi32227226@afneil So @afneil posts deliberately confrontational comments (presumably for financial gain) and sycophantic @DannySi32227226 blows smoke up his arse hoping for retweets. Nauseating!!
@JohnStuartWilso@afneil It’s not a case of right and wrong - in commercial / political negotiations it seldom is. It would be a matter of risks and opportunities. Only the deluded would think that there no risks - but it would be particularly negative to think that there were no opportunities.
@afneil I can understand people complaining if any road is in a poor condition - but why would they complain about roadworks which have the sole purpose of repairing the road? In addition, carrying out the work in November avoids peak tourist traffic!!
@EstefanoWorth@UKaForceForGood You mean the guys who start at 7:30 and work all day irrespective of the weather? Why don’t you stroll up to site one day and question their work ethic openly?
@M44RRV@UKaForceForGood Marvin - as a wise man once sad, sometimes it’s better to say nothing and risk being considered an idiot than to speak and remove any doubt!!
