@AirFranceFR & @KLM a whole week went by over Christmas period where I didn’t have my bag and had to spend additional money to buy essentials that were in my lost bag. Clothes, toiletries etc. As per their policy, I submitted expenses for reimbursement on 26 Dec 2025. (2/3)

Truly terrible experience with @AirFranceFR & @KLM Group - will be sure never to fly with them again! In December ‘25 I flew from Dubai to Amsterdam with connecting flight to Cardiff. Landed in Cardiff only to be told that NO passenger bags had been loaded onto the plane! (1/3)

Not only did you lose my bag for over a week on the way back to UK, it’s now been 5-weeks since I submitted a claim for compensation for the items I had to buy. No response at all!!

You do realise that even when managers get sacked they will still get paid a salary. It’s usually written in their contact. Just look at situation with Graham Potter - sacked by Chelsea at end of 2023 season but still receiving a salary from Chelsea.

PLEASE do something about road works on D63 near Mira Oasis!!! The roads and traffic in all the communities are atrocious!!! Complete grid lock. Delays of over 30mins every morning this week
