Tents and canopies are allowed as long as there are two sides or 50% completely open when in operation. The two sides cannot be contiguous sides.

3x5 inch sign that is required at each table does not have to be used if other options such as signage, digital boards, and menus communicate the same new protocol requirements; however, this must be visible in the outdoor dining area and verbal notification is not acceptable

There was more clarification on the 12:01 AM to 11:30 AM hours of operation restriction and it will only apply to Breweries and Wineries and not all restaurants.

50% occupancy has been removed. The 8-ft distance requirement only applies to outdoor dining tables and not the pedestrian walkway.

Tables will now be 8ft apart instead of 6ft plus 50% capacity. Any restaurant that has a smaller space or set up curbside will heavily be effected by this change
