I could use this platform for so much more! Like, demonstrating my skills by showing people how to do things, or by getting involved in political debates, or discussing current events.

If y'all are no longer partner providers, then you need to unfuck yourselves because Verizon FIOS says you are and Paramount+ says you are not.
And @paramountplus whomever you're using as a customer service vital assistant using the name "Maxine" needs to be fired immediately. She disconnected our chat without getting a supervisor and without resolving the issue.

I've tried refreshing multiple times, different browsers, and with or without a VPN.
If you can only give us a 4-hour window for delivery, then surely you can support driver tracking.

@VerizonSupport your customer service sucks. On the Wednesday your automated system scheduled a technician appointment for today. I called at 1030 to see why I hadn't received an update and now your system says there are no appointments associated with my account.
@VerizonSupport I just spoke with one of your Indian call center folks. Your system screwed up and did not inform any technicians of my appointment. Now I have to wait for someone to get here between 1300-1500. That's an entire day wasted because of your inability to do a simple task.
