@City_Xtra @joebutters It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced and it’s sad to say that with it being City fan. We’ve paid £1600 this year and spent 30+ hours on the phone. If it doesn’t improve we won’t renew next year after 18 years, still not had our seasons packs btw.
