(Pro rata) is this correct? If so why are people being victimised for being on maternity pay

@Bellbhoy1967 @KenNotDalgliesh @NUFC_Adam_SW @CWUnews Defo not skint but these so called t & c’s are worthless our csp is now 8-10 4 days then one it opens late. Revisions in and for most it’s working. 20 agency parcel drivers made Royal Mail employees this is what the union said wouldn’t happen.
