@CWUnews Not sure where to post this but our reps and area reps have no idea and are clueless. My partner is on maternity pay of £172 a week and she has only received one directive lump sum
(Pro rata) is this correct? If so why are people being victimised for being on maternity pay
@deaNo_oO @Bettorr_M @TitchWick75@CWUnews Depends how far you are from the mail centre. If they are closing a load down it defo will make a difference to start times.
@Bettorr_M @deaNo_oO@TitchWick75@CWUnews I think a lot of people have put their delivery office in the search thing and looked at the 16.30 number not the smaller one. We’ve had 16.30 finishes for 3/4 months now but it’s the smaller spdo’s that work from our office
@Bettorr_M @deaNo_oO@TitchWick75@CWUnews I’m sure they make out hours up as they go along, currently Monday and Tuesday are 14.00 Wednesday Thursday 14.50 then Friday Saturday I think 14.15
@Kpp376@Paulpostie99@CWUnews Our office has had 4.30 finish times for months, the union should make it clear it’s not every office it will main effect the smaller rural ones.
@JohnTur62325990 @NUFC_Adam_SW @CWUnews What we giving up and I’m fairly certain they will be taken from us regardless of result. Posties always get shafted
@Bellbhoy1967@KenNotDalgliesh @NUFC_Adam_SW @CWUnews Defo not skint but these so called t & c’s are worthless our csp is now 8-10 4 days then one it opens late. Revisions in and for most it’s working. 20 agency parcel drivers made Royal Mail employees this is what the union said wouldn’t happen.
@JohnTur62325990 @NUFC_Adam_SW @CWUnews Would be nice but in reality it won’t happen. Give everyone a pay rise to match inflation the price if everything will continue to rise and never come down.
@KenNotDalgliesh@Bellbhoy1967 @NUFC_Adam_SW @CWUnews We are fortunate what we have is my point. T&C’s are all the union can say. No one can actually say what they want to change.
