@ric__harvey I voted no only because these sorts of projects will be even more viable when done at the community level rather than the individual. Also this is not a very inclusive offer for those closer to the poverty line.
@virginmedia Yesterday I was marked non-serv by VM as impossible to have fibre installed. Today... they are installing it for a neighbour! And turned up with 6 vans!! Any explanation VM?

@virginmedia I spoke with the engineers installing for my neighbour and they could not understand why VM had marked me non-serv! They said it would be easy to connect me....
@virginmedia Is the joke on me? Nearly three months without internet. Lyrics on VM hold music today... “i bet you can’t believe it!” I bet you I can!!! Absolutely the worlds worst customer service.
And the followup track is now “what are you waiting for.... blame it on me!!” Must be a wind up. Come on VM all you have to do is contact me... dont be shy!
@virginmedia Raising the bar for the Worlds Worst customer service. It’s only been 6 weeks waiting for any response to my order. Dropped calls, unable to register account, routing calls to teams that can’t help, repeat, repeat... Very good at setting up my direct debit though!
