@GStephanopoulos Don’t you feel the President, if he loses, could resign and have Pence become President. Then Pence could give him a federal pardon from prosecution. Another scenario could be where he goes to a country where there is no extradition policy with the U.S.

@donshelby I’m saying there may be a couple of scenarios:
One, he may resign before hand and let Pence become President and then Pence can pardon him from any future federal prosecution. Second, he can leave the U.S. and go to some country where there is no extradition policy.
