@talktoBOI I have been on the phone for over 40 mins being bounced around teams just trying to activate a card in Apple Pay, something I’ve never had to call for with other banks I’ve used - is someone from the right team able to call me to activate it instead?

@pistolpackinjo Sorry just saw this - there are a number of outlets after pre clearance so I tend to get it after there, plus sometimes you have to go through US security so it’s easier if you haven’t got before, it gets pretty busy in the area through there though just as a warning

@pistolpackinjo No worries - the staff are really friendly normally and service reliable, if coming back through Dublin to the US the pre clearance saves a ton of time too
