Public education advocates gathered at the Capitol today in support of our kids. The 2023-25 state budget left our local schools behind. 91 districts had to go to referendum this spring to make up the difference. This cannot continue - we must fund our kids’ futures!

A study showed that teachers who acknowledged their students at the door as they entered class saw a 20% increase in academic engagement and a 9% decrease in disruptive behavior.
