This is just so disappointing. Root’s drop was rubbish, but since then they’ve managed to hand the momentum back to Australia.

One excellent session followed by one awful session and the match is back in the balance, much like Lords/180-1.

@downsview117 @SkyCricket @RuthStraussFdn That is true, and whilst I am not enamoured with Sibley’s batting, I do think that an agenda has emerged over recent weeks. Again, and for avoidance of doubt, I am no admirer of Sibley - he needs to develop ways to rotate the strike, or he needs to be dropped for someone better.
