🇮🇪 Congratulations to Mia Whelan, Lucy Doyle Farrington and the Ireland U16 team on topping their UEFA Development Tournament group in Finland after victories against the hosts, Hungary and Iceland this week.

Lucy started in two of the games and Mia wrapped up the tournament with a goal in todays final game against Hungary.👏

After 10 years, I’m leaving the FAI.

Grateful to have worked in international football as GU16 Head Coach, and 2 years with the WNT, including qualifying for our first World Cup in 2023.

Thankful for the people and experiences along the way. Looking forward to what’s next.

A trip to Portugal with our GU16s.
Strong performance and an important development opportunity against top opposition.
We came away with a 2–0 win, but the bigger value was testing our principles, decision making and resilience in a demanding environment.
