@_skypalace Then when I actually go to do it, i have to do it well....cos that just be me. But once started, it gets a hell of a lot easier.

@_skypalace When I'm having trouble, I either (1) remember me doing it in the past ....and how easy it was, (2) say I'm only going to do it for 10 mins, it's short and easy and not worth thinking about...just go and do it, and finally (3) I say I'm gonna do it badly.
