@mtgcommander I liked edh because it was a safe place for me to https://t.co/oWoq9CCZAn was fun to try and acquire and play with fancy versions of a card because it was low risk. I wasn’t wasting money. I could keep it in my deck forever. This decision takes that away and I want to play less.

@SaffronOlive @DougWhittaker @PleasantKenobi If lotus was too powerful the RC could have and should have banned it when it came out. So why didn’t they ban it immediately like they did with the otter? One reason makes sense to me. Wizards asked them not to ban their flagship mythic.
