This $10 trillion wall serves as the perfect catalyst for the "stronger for longer" dollar narrative imo
To attract buyers for this mountain of debt, U.S. yields must stay structurally high. High yields suck global capital right out of foreign currencies and speculative risk assets, sending it directly into short-term U.S. Treasuries
Rates will be rolling off 1% into current rates ๐คขFed might be tempted to hold or cut rates to try and help interest burden however then inflation moons
The macro tourist crowd is so blinded by the AI hype train and geopolitical headlines that they are completely missing the underlying US economic fire
You can't have an oil shock from the Iran war colliding with core PCE that is 61 consecutive months over target with an unyielding US labor market and expect the Fed to sit on its hands. Bringing the early-2027 hike timeline straight into late 2026 is the exact pain trade nobody is positioned for.
When the dollar squeezes and the discount rate resets, equity valuations at 22x forward earnings leave absolutely zero margin for error here. Liquid assets like crypto will be the immediate funding source on the way down.
Buckle up, another NFP due tomorrow night
Bhupinder Singh killed 40 year old Australian mother Christine Sanford at Windsor Gardens, South Australia.
The court heard Singh was speeding at almost 100 kilometres per hour above the speed limit before the fatal crash.
After the crash Singh refused to help Christine & left her to die because apparently his turban had fallen off.
Video- 7 News.
@TruthFairy131 Didn't help someone he killed because his turban fell off and he felt naked, wtf, when he gets there I hope the boys in jail make sure he doesn't get to wear that turban ever again
I'm launching a publication about my work as a systematic PM.
I currently manage $3.7M+ in a live portfolio, trading for 8+ years, systematically since April 2025.
Recently I've found I genuinely enjoy writing about the work: the research, the process, the decisions, and the thinking behind them.
This is me paying it forward: an open, honest account of my journey, my thoughts, and how I actually run the portfolio.
The writing lives at https://t.co/d0irLOE3lS.
If you find any value in my writing, either here or on my website/Substack, please consider subscribing to my Substack ๐
