I raised two tickets on the BRPL app but have received no response. One of the tickets was closed without resolution.

Just 1.5 hours of rain and the roads in Malviya Nagar market have turned into waterlogged disasters.
Footpaths are unusable and this is not just inconvenience, but compromised safety for pedestrians and vehicles alike. Plz look into it.

@NHAI_Official attracting your attention towards NH 34 between Kannauj and Kanpur. There are no street lights for long patches in between and the road passes through residential towns and the boundaries are porous, it poses a life threatening danger. Kindly intervene.
