Last week in Santiago, Chile, CIPE reached a major milestone: the final of three regional workshops gathering private-sector voices to shape a regional roadmap for responsible #AI adoption.

As AI rapidly transforms productive sectors, we face a critical geopolitical and ethical crossroad. The question isn't just about how we use AI, but which values are baked into its code.

In a region where autocratic models are competing for influence, this roadmap ensures that Latin America’s AI future is built on democratic values, transparency, and a level playing field—aligning with the U.S. vision for an open, secure, and rights-respecting digital economy.

🚀 What’s Next? The final roadmap will be presented on April 9 in Bogotá. This marks the start of a long-term journey toward regional innovation, competitiveness, and productivity growth.
