@BBCBreaking So they think that there is a credible threat which he will risk. π€£ But hey everyone is safe outside London - the threat miraculously disappears π€£π€£
@PolitlcsUK I completely agree. He hasn't been held up to any scrutiny. It again appears unpalatable. The same as the Tories did swapping PM all the time. I did not vote for Andy Burnham and I certainly don't know what he stands for. Don't like it.
@daveatherton Why would remove outdoor seating? He chose to live by the pub,no one forced him. The summer is the chance for pubs with outdoor seating to attract more custom. I think councils have gone power mad at times and lack commonsense. There are really mad things going on in Britain atm.
@PolitlcsUK I can agree with what you say as much is drivel and needs fact checking. However it does still provide news more immediately than MSM and gives a platform for outrage such as new build homes, rape inquiry and your new boss seems to like it Lisa Nandy as do many of your opposition
@ZiaYusufUK That was my immediate thought too. I also am sceptical of this flurry of announcements all of a sudden. Is it perhaps because there is a new boss coming into town and I need to be seen to be doing something? Or is that just me being cynical?
@thedaywar90 Am I hearing the same as some people commenting? I heard it will cause you a problem but we will charge you to fix the problem we cause! How is this the gentleman's fault?
@PolitlcsUK That to me doesn't make sense. We give you money and you pay us a contribution out of the money we give you. If that is logical, why not do that for those that have Universal Credit and their accommodation paid etc and cut the welfare bill whilst your at it. Good luck with that
@ukhomeoffice Yes and you have put these people in HMOs, airbnbs etc. The fact the hotel no longer houses illegal migrants does not mean that they have disappeared. You apparently have 12 centres opening but won't tell anybody where they are. Is this post supposed to be a 'Well done' for you?
@PolitlcsUK Well his inheritance tax alone if he wasn't exempt should have been Β£260 million. I do not see with that enormous wealth why he is not treated the same. The Β£12.9 million is a pittance. Very unfair
@GBPolitcs@GBNEWS ps did you know you can't do normal monthly DD. If you want to do monthly they do 6 months double so 12 months in 6 and then 6 months normal so 18 mths total. They bank the extra 6 months. Why? In case I the customer run into financial difficulties. That's wrong. @BBC
@PippaCrerar@oliver_wright Surely this is wrong. Unless other prospective candidates get the same treatment. He's not atm the successor. He's currently a regular mp who has just won a byelection nothing more. The scrambling to get jobs is not pleasant to watch and read about. I want Al Cairns to challenge
@afneil This bodes well then. I'm developing a feeling of discomfort that stemmed from the public coup. For me they are working for themselves and crawling for cabinet jobs. I fear that Starmer's cabinet was not up to the job and a reshuffle will not solve anything
