If you're 25-30, and your main circle isn't frequently discussing:
~ Under center 7 step drops w/o PA
~ More gap runs
~ fullbacks in motion at the snap
And is instead discussing:
~ RPOS
~ zone read
~ The "air raid"

Elite Corners played man historically bc coordinators didn’t move WRs all over the field like they do now. Letting a OC know that your best player is gonna be in man the entire game is giving him the answers to beat you with his other WRs lol. Kupp and Shaheed would have had field days
Also lost in the discourse of “that play” is a flea flicker disrupts the timing immensely

Way to tell on yourself that you’ve never been inside a film or locker room tho 🔥
AJ Brown has almost 5 full yards of separation, pocket is as clean as can be, and Maye delivers an abomination of a throw.
If this was Hurts, we wouldn't hear the end of it 🤷♂️

Christian Gonzalez falling into a zone doesn’t mean he “wasn’t guarding JSN” it means that the Patriots didn’t trust him to play man to man. On JSN’s touchdown Christian Gonzalez was lined up over top of him, falls into a hard flat and JSN catches the ball 3 yards behind him and takes it 50 yards and scored
Seahawks QB Sam Darnold underwent an MRI on his hip this morning that team doctors still are reviewing to determine how much time he will miss. It is expected to be some, but for now the team believes it, as one source described, “dodged a bullet.”
