Hi @Plume_Labs, I have a Flow 2 device that has stopped working all of a sudden. It won't charge either by the cable or the charging pod. I've had no reply from the email address on the webpage for support.

Is there a better contact email or telephone for UK customers please?

I took this for a run in the forest and it ran out of battery and now will not change. Either from the cable direct or by the charger.

If a febrile convulsion is going to happen, there is nothing we can do about it....it's the speed the temperature increases that the brain doesn't like?!
