Really good insight and better question. Healthcare needs to work for all on their on terms. New interfaces to apps such as voice to text and BOTS that help with app navigation are helping many today.
For most apps, user adoption is inherently good.
But with health apps, there are users who can’t be helped e.g. a mental health CBT app that isn’t ideal for someone with deep trauma.
So how can App-makers distinguish between those they can and can’t help? And are most trying?
