There's a charity that helps disabled children called "Learning Through Motion" this charity does amazing work and they help as many kids as they can.
They recently got a new premises and obviously the budget is tight.

It all needed plastering so these 4 turned up and did the unthinkable!

They did all the plastering completely free!

Have they got Bills to pay? Yes
Have they got family's to feed? Yes
Is being self employed hard? Yes

But they still dropped everything and went and did it at their own expense!

Let's make sure these good men get the recognition they deserve!

An EIGHTH Afghan invader has been charged with gang rapes of children in Norwich.

Bilal Shinwari, had appeared at Norwich Magistrates' Court on Saturday.

He had been in custody in Ireland after being arrested there on 22 May.

He's been charged with two counts of rape of a child, one count of conspiring to rape a child and one count of conspiring to rape a woman aged 16 or over.

MISSING: We are asking for your help to find missing girls Ruby and Makayla from Rotherham.

Ruby, 14, was last seen in the East Herringthorpe area at 11.40am on Monday (6 July). She was wearing a grey tracksuit, black and white Nike sliders, a black coat, and was carrying a cream-coloured handbag.

She is described as a white girl who is around 5ft 11ins tall and of a medium build with blue eyes and long dark brown hair.

Makayla, also 14, was last seen in the East Dene area at 4pm on Monday (6 July) and was wearing a pink Primark tracksuit.

She is described as a white girl, of a slim build, who has blue eyes and long blonde hair that is curly. She is around 5ft 6ins tall.

Enquiries are ongoing to find the girls, who we believe could be together, and we are now appealing for the public's help as officers grow increasingly concerned for their welfare.

Every morning at 10:30, she put her headphones in and went for her usual run through the quiet roads in Kent.

Today, a MIGRANT on a bicycle started following her.

Not behind her… right beside her. Close enough that she could feel him. Within arm’s reach.

She tried to lose him. She looped the block, changed direction, sped up. When she finally finished and got back to where she started… he was already there. Waiting.
