Even if you want to keep the lottery, you get one ball for every win you get, 2 balls for every win over .500 (only for teams that miss the po's) but the lottery can't be run by the NBA outsource it to the actual lottery, so everyone knows it is legit.

@NBA @TheNBPA Fixing tanking is very easy, the first picks in the NBA draft go to the teams that "just missed" the playoffs, just flip the lottery on its head. Incentivize people that try to win. It is not that hard. If you want to win we will reward you for trying.
