Chasite and Craig,
Tom Bundy, Head Track Coach at Astronaut High, is retiring at the end of the 2024-2025 school year. We are hosting the Class 2A-Region 2 meet riday as well, Inought it might make an interesting story for you guys.
Coach Bundy has been at Astronaut for 40 years. He has won 16 Cape Coast Conference Championships, 12 Coach of the Year awards, and the 2000 State Championship. He has also coached Football and Wrestling here at A.H.S while teaching Science. His positive legacy will live on here. He is a true legend of War Eagle Pride and a shining example of how coaches and teaches should be.
