You should weight train. Use cardio (low or high intensity) as a tool to create a caloric deficit. Eat about 0.75-1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Lift heavy... with good form. Focus on compound movements. Drink a lot of water. 2 servings fruit and veggies daily.
You donāt need to eat 7-8 meals per day. You donāt need to do cardio everyday. You donāt need to completely stop eating foods you enjoy. You donāt need to obsess over counting every exact gram of food. You donāt need to stop eating carbs... or fats.
Nothing is permanent. Youāre not stuck. You have choices. You can think new thoughts, and learn something new. You can create new habits. Remember, you are who you choose to be.
Crazy to me that adults need this reminder.. If you donāt have anything constructive/positive to say to or about someone, keep whatever youāre thinking to yourself and keep moving on. Stay in your own damn lane. Stop trying to tear people down for the hell of it.
