@THETimZiola @RyanTerry152 @CadeZiola State Duals is nothing more then money grab for the NSAA. Move it to earlier in the season! If they want to make make money, and get kids exposure. Then they need to do a Champ or Champs tournament the week after. Top 2 kids from each class.

@Stueve4Huskers Glass or two of water before meals. Water water water! My kids love Gummy bears or worms, fruit snacks for school snack between class. Sleep in longs sleeve, hoodies, sweats tucked into the socks (it’s not just swag). Weigh in every morning, I bet he is on point in a few days.
