@Parcelforce Tracking VU087388379GB has been stuck in "Item Retention" at Swansea Depot for days. I am a Blue Badge holder and cannot travel to collect this. Please contact the depot manager directly and get this out on a van for home delivery today.
@youfibre any chance I will get a response to my emails or complaints it's been days. I am still awaiting the promised router or even a voucher to go and buy it myself the current router cuts my speeds in half due to the wired connections being only 1gb rather than 2.5
@AmazonHelp Oh you meant the email that said talk to Sedgwick I got it the one that had not read the messages I had sent or taken into account that I am a disabled customer on enhanced pip for both day to day and mobility. And that the dismissive behaviour has a direct impact on my health

@AmazonHelp I third that it wasn't of any help despite Amazon's own rules that if the seller is un responsive for 28 days . I need someone to actually communicate with me about this not telling me to go in a loop

2 calls to @youfiber 2 hours and 49 minutes on hold in total how many times spoke to a representative 1 and an error nearly 2 hours In.oh and the representative lied to me stating that the hub would be fine it won't 1 port out of 4 will be acceptable
@AmazonUK@AmazonHelp I reported this MELTED charger (fire hazard) on 9th Nov. 122 days later, it's still on Prime! Iβm on Enhanced PIP and the stress of your failures (Ref: 10939271) has caused a medical decline. This is a Fire Hazard and an Equality Act breach. Fix it

@virginmedia You know that's a pretty shitty response. And a lot of issues around networks are often software based. I might advise not to insinuate that people are too stupid to understand. Maybe diagrams and crayons for them to colour in is more the level you believe people are at
